Return policy

Returns will be accepted for unused and undamaged goods with an approved RMA#. (Return

Merchandise Authorization.) Unused returns are shipped back at the owner’s expense and must be

returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals. If a product arrives damaged

through freight mis-handling, a freight claim is to be initiated with the delivering carrier.

Any merchandise that does not operate properly due to defect is a warranty claim and will be

returned/replaced at Powerhouse Two expense.
